Apply the whitening serum using the brush tip applicator onto your teeth (like painting a picket fence). Then, put in your mouthpiece and connect to start the whitening session. After whitening, rinse your mouth and the mouthpiece with warm water. You do not need to avoid wine, coffee, or soda after whitening with Snow®. • We recommend brushing before you whiten and you may whiten for as long as 30-minutes per session, two-times per day for faster results. • You may need to twist the whitening wand 20-30 times for the first use in order for the whitening gel to come out • Store the whitening wands in the fridge to help them maintain their strength. • Also once your order is delivered, you will receive simple, step-by-step instructions. + How do I use the desensitizing serum?
It is an optional Post-Whitening Treatment for customers, especially for those with extra-sensitive teeth. Strengthens Tooth Enamel Reduces Sensitivity Returns Minerals & Vitamins to Teeth If you have sensitive teeth we recommend applying the serum (same process as the whitening serum) 15 minutes before starting the session, then rinsing and proceeding with the whitening session. It can be also be used after the whitening session and you don't have to rinse it out. We recommend it to use it at night so it doesn't contradict the whitening with fluids or food.

You can use it for 9-30 minutes each day for 21-30 days straight. If you have sensitivity, then take a break for 1-3 days, and continue.

Yes, a breastfeeding mom can safely get her teeth whitened or even whiten them herself at home. You swallow very little (if any) of the whitening serum, which means almost none of it can be absorbed into your bloodstream, so it won't reach your breast milk.

Return or exchange via the mail: Start by visiting our Returns Center. You can print a shipping label and drop off at the carrier listed on the label. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.

If your exchange item goes out of stock before your original order is scanned via the carrier, your original order will be refunded. Exchanged items are processed once the returning items are received—not any time beforehand.
